Cocktails Chartreuse

Ingredients :

• 4cl Yellow Chartreuse
• 4cl egg white
• 4cl Passion fruit juice
• 2cl orange juice
• crushed ice

Recipe :
Shake all the ingredients without ice cubes to emulsify the egg white, then shake again with ice cubes, strain into a rock glass with a few ice cubes (old fashioned) or into a cocktail glass without ice cubes, sprinkle the top of the cocktail with cinnamon , 1/6 of passion fruit and a straw if rock glass, serve!
