Cocktails Chartreuse

Ingredients :

• 1,5cl Élixir Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse
• 2cl lemon juice
• a dash of Antésite
• a teaspoon of brown sugar
• top up with sparkling water

Recipe :
Pour all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, into a rock glass on ice (old fashioned), mix then add the sparkling water, a straw and decorate with a star anise.
